About the 14 Day name
14 Day Home Sale refers to the platform's online home-marketing and Offer Event concept. Event timing may vary. Buyer activity, offers, acceptance, a sale and closing within 14 days are not guaranteed.
Nonbinding offers
Offers submitted in an Online Offer Event are nonbinding indications of price interest. They are not real estate purchase offers, do not create a contract, and do not obligate the seller to negotiate with any buyer. The seller may select a Preferred Buyer (and an optional Backup Buyer) at their discretion or decline to select anyone.
Photographs and user-uploaded content
Uploaders — including FSBO sellers, listing realtors, listing representatives, and administrators acting on someone's behalf — remain responsible for the photographs they upload. By uploading, you grant 14 Day Home Sale a limited license to display those photographs as part of the property page and Online Offer Event.
- You must have the legal authority to use and publish each photograph you upload.
- You must not submit photographs copied from an MLS, a former listing, a photographer's website, another brokerage, or any other source unless you have permission.
- The platform may remove or disable access to disputed material.
- Repeat infringement may result in account suspension.
The acknowledgment checkbox shown during upload and publication records your representation and authorization to the platform. It does not by itself prove that you own the copyright in the photographs.
Privacy of buyers
Approved buyers are identified to other event watchers only by an anonymous number. Buyer identities and qualification status are not exposed to the public.
No earnest money or contracts on the platform
14 Day Home Sale does not collect earnest-money deposits and does not execute purchase contracts. All such steps are handled offline between the seller and Preferred Buyer.
