About the 14 Day name
14 Day Home Sale refers to the platform's online home-marketing and Offer Event concept. Sellers and their Realtors are responsible for setting event timing and marketing the property. Buyer activity, offers, acceptance, a sale, and closing within 14 days are not guaranteed.
Optional Personal Assistance
Optional — not required to activate or publish a property.
Personal assistance is a separate purchase. It is not included in the $99 Realtor activation fee or the $199 FSBO activation fee.
Concierge Setup Assistance
Get personal assistance setting up your property, entering listing information, uploading photos and document links, scheduling your Offer Event and reviewing the listing before publication.

Assistance is limited to using the 14 Day Home Sale platform. It does not include legal, tax, valuation or brokerage advice; representation; buyer negotiation; purchase-contract preparation; or any guarantee of buyer activity, offers or a sale.
Assistance fees may be refunded if the session is cancelled before the work or scheduled session begins. Once an assistance session begins, the fee is non-refundable. No partial refund is provided when less than the reserved time is needed. Duplicate and incorrect charges will be corrected. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

Additional Assistance
Purchase additional personal assistance with your property setup, Offer Event or use of the platform. Each block reserves up to 30 minutes.

Each purchase reserves up to 30 minutes of personal platform assistance. Any portion of a started block is billed as a full 30-minute block. A session that finishes early because the customer's questions have been resolved does not qualify for a partial refund.
